Fee Waiver Request Form

Please submit the below form to be considered for a fee waiver request code for the Graduate School Admission Application.

In general, all Domestic PhD applicants, students that are current students and switching into a Robotics degree, or any student already admitted by a faculty to an MS Thesis or PhD degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering that want to switch to Robotics are eligible for a fee waiver code in 2024. Others will not typically be eligible.
